The BIG "50"!

We made 100 mini cupcakes for a 50th birthday party this weekend. Russ is a chocolate lover so there are 60 chocolate cupcakes with chocolate fudge icing and white chocolate icing! The rest are carrot with creamcheese and strawberry with strawberry buttercream!
