As many people know, Colleen's mom makes the world's best brownies. (She also makes amazing carrot cake, which is why we already stole her carrot cake recipe! Thanks mom!!)
So when we decided to introduce a brownie cupcake, we knew for sure we wanted to use her famous brownie recipe too.
However this time, since Shakira is such a chocoholic and loves these brownies more than words can say, Colleen decided to keep the recipe a SECRET from Shakira! Yes that's right, Shakira does not know the brownie cupcake recipe!! Probably a good thing because otherwise, she might start baking and eating brownie cupcakes every day.
Try them naked as pictured here, or with a gentle sprinkling of icing sugar. Or if you really want to indulge, we can slap on some chocolate fudge icing!!!
